2008 January: Bates

Well, this month was a relaxingly big month for us!

We went to the doctor (having been told that Tamara was 14 weeks along) and found out that we were actually 18 weeks along (which is what Tamara had told them previously). So we had a surprise ultrasound [*this is not our baby... but they all look very similar, so I just stole this one of the internet... but, for the purpose of this newsletter, this is our ultrasound picture ;-) ]. The baby is healthy and well, and we are excited.

The Holidays stopped much of my progress on my site (missionshoebox), but I am getting back into it, and hopefully it will be up and running in the next month or two. My business partner also is in the process of getting really close to being engaged, so he hasn't been able to do much lately either. But, soon we'll get-r-done and be billionaires like the google-bros (we should make a video game like Mario-bros but with the Google boys).

Other than that it has just been work and play. Tamara and I are having fun as always, and hoping that everyone else is doing well as well.

Cheers,
Rob & Tamara
